|Dr. Gail McClave is the founding Medical Director of Bandon Community Health Center and is board certified in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine with a Fellowship in Maternal and Child Health.|
|Ingrid Tyson, Family Nurse Practitioner, provides care for all ages of patients (infants though adults). Ingrid holds her Masters degree in nursing from Columbia University. She has had a diverse medical career working with Coos County Health Department, at the Waterfall Clinic leading women’s services, at Marshfield School Based Health Clinic and with South Coast Hospice. She has held teaching positions in a graduate nursing program at Southwestern Community College.|
Debra Guzman, Family Nurse Practitioner, welcomes new patients of all ages in need of primary healthcare services. Debra is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has worked in healthcare for 17 years serving patients of all ages in the mid-west and Oregon. Debra started her career as a registered nurse, then as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She brings an extensive background in diabetes management and education for patients of all ages, cardiac care and urgent health care services. Debra has an extensive background in educating patients of all ages about the risks and management of diabetes, including treatment and nutrition, and treatment of hyper/hypoglycemic events.

Linda Maxon has been the Executive Director of Bandon Community Health Center since its inception. Linda worked as a Regional Manager of the National Youth Services Program in Canada and with United Way of Lane County to develop a child abuse prevention initiative and response system (The Rapid Response Project) to support parents in crisis which was nationally recognized and replicated in other major cities in the United States. She is an active board member for United Way of Southwestern Oregon and a member of Kiwanis and Bandon By the Sea Rotary.
